Expectant and New Patients Consultations
We offer prenatal consultations, where you may come to our office and meet with one of our doctors. Please try to make your appointment at least a month before your due date. We look forward to meeting you and answering any questions you may have about our practice and the care of your newborn. If you are unable to schedule a consultation in person, but would have questions about the practice or care of your child, you can call and speak to our clinical nurse manager or office manager.
If we have not seen your child before, we will need a full copy of your child's medical records, including vaccine records before we schedule your first visit. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your first appointment, unless you are able to print off and fill out all registration forms (click here
), then please arrive 20 minutes early. Please bring your insurance card and driver's license or state ID to the visit.
What to expect
A pleasant, comfortable first visit builds trust and helps put the child at ease during future visits. We want your child to enjoy getting to know our doctors and staff, so we work hard to establish this bond during every appointment to our office. During your initial appointment, we will explain everything in detail and answer any questions you may have.
We look forward to meeting you and your child and providing the quality, comprehensive medical care you expect and deserve.
